Lewis has over 7 years’ experience working on HR transformation projects as a data lead/technical specialist.  In addition, he has 10 years’ experience working on account provisioning and identity management projects in global environments. 
 
He has a proven track record on five highly complex Workday deployments, covering up to 100 countries and ranging from 30K-100K employees.     
 
These projects have spanned many industry sectors including pharma, financial services, media and advertising which have exposed Lewis to a wide range of data migration challenges.  
 
During his career he has proven strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent eye for detail.
